Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to Dantorium.

This website collects nothing by itself. It has no contact form, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Who is responsible

Dantorium is a business name used by Daniel Antonsson. Responsibility for personal data processed in connection with this website rests with Daniel Antonsson as data controller.

You can reach the controller at contact@dantorium.com. A postal address is not yet published on this website; we will provide it on request to anyone who asks at that address.

What this website does

Every page is a static document. There are no forms, no logins, no comment fields and no payment processing, so there is no way to submit personal data through the site itself.

No cookies are set. No analytics, advertising, social media or session recording scripts are loaded. Fonts and images are served from the site's own domain, so viewing a page sends no request to any third party.

What is collected

Email you send us
If you write to contact@dantorium.com we receive your name, your email address, anything else you choose to include and the technical headers your email provider adds.
Server and network logs
Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, time, requested page and user agent. This happens automatically for every website and is used to deliver pages and to protect against abuse. It is not combined with anything else and is not used to profile visitors.

Why, and on what legal basis

Replying to your enquiry
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you chose to send. Where your message concerns a possible engagement, Article 6(1)(b) also applies, as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Operating and protecting the website
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in serving the site reliably and defending it against automated abuse.

Who else processes it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose it for advertising. It is processed on our behalf only by the two providers below, and may be disclosed where we are legally required to do so.

Vercel Inc. — website hosting
Serves this website and processes the request logs described above. Vercel is established in the United States, so this processing involves a transfer outside the EEA under a data processing agreement.
one.com — email
Hosts the contact@dantorium.com mailbox and therefore processes the messages you send to it. one.com is established in the EU.

How long it is kept

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the matter it concerns, and in any case no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless an engagement begins or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@dantorium.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU, the authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe the problem occurred.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
